Sending a Mail/Care Package
The Mendocino County Juvenile Hall are allowed to get written letters from their family and friends. For safety reasons all letters get inspected by jail employees when they arrive. The jail staff pass out the letters to the correct inmates after the mail gets inspected.

Phone calls
