Phone calls

Judge Arthur R. Tipps Juvenile Justice Center inmates are not allowed to get phone calls from their family or friends. During phone time, inmates are allowed to call their family and friends. Inmates are allowed 15-minute calls. The call will be terminated when the 15 minutes is over.

Visiting Rules

Judge Arthur R. Tipps Juvenile Justice Center inmates are allowed to have visitors. All visitors under the age of 18 will are allowed to visit, however, they will need to go with their legal guardian.
