Sending a Mail/Care Package
The Trousdale County Jail inmates are allowed to get written letters in the mail from their family and friends. For safety reasons all letters sent to the jail are examined be the jail employees. The letters will get passed out to the inmates after the jail employees check them.

Phone calls
The Trousdale County Jail inmates are not allowed to get phone calls from their family or friends. During phone time inmates are allowed to make phone calls to their family and friends. The inmates are limited to 15-minute phone calls. The call will get terminated as soon as the 15-minutes is over.
Calling features such as three-way calling and call forwarding are forbidden for the inmates to use. If an inmate is caught using any of these features the call will get disconnected and disciplinary action will be taken up against the inmate.
The Trousdale County Jail inmates are allowed to only make collect phone calls. You will only be able to receive a collect call from an inmate from a landline phone.
