Sending Money

In order to make purchases from the commissary, the inmates at the Spartanburg County Jail - Annex I will need money. You are allowed to send a cashier’s check or a money order straight to the Spartanburg County Jail - Annex I, if you would like to fund an inmate's account. You will have to make the money payable to the inmate's name.

Phone calls

The Spartanburg County Jail - Annex I inmates are not allowed to receive phone calls from their family or friends. Although, during their phone time, inmates are allowed to make phone calls to their friends and family. The inmates are limited to 15-minute calls. The call will be disconnected when the 15 minutes is up. 

Calling features such as three-way calling and call forwarding are not allowed for the inmates to use. Immediately, the call will be terminated if an inmate is caught using these features. and disciplinary action will be taken up against the inmate. 

The Spartanburg County Jail - Annex I inmate are allowed to make only collect calls. Inmates are only permitted to call those who have a landline. Those who only have cell phones won't t be able to take these collect calls. The individual that is receiving the collect call is the one responsible for any and all charges from this call. The Spartanburg County Jail - Annex I isn't responsible for any charges from any collect calls.

Visiting Rules

The Spartanburg County Jail - Annex I inmates can receive visitors. All visitors under the age of 18 are allowed to visit, however, they will need to be with their legal guardian. Before you are allowed to visit, you will have to have either your driver’s license, state identification card or your United States Passport. 

No personal belongings are allowed in the visitation area so make sure you put all your personal belongings in your car.
