Sending a Mail/Care Package
The Randolph County Juvenile inmates are allowed to get written letters from their family and friends in the mail. For safety reasons, all letters will be examined by the jail employees when the letters arrive. The letters will be passed out to the inmates after they are checked by the jail employees.

Sending Money
The Randolph County Juvenile inmates will need funds in their account to make purchases at the commissary.
You will need the inmate's name and their booking number in order to transfer funds into an inmate's account. By using the kiosk in the jail lobby during regular business hours you will be able to deposit funds into an inmate's account.

Phone calls
The Randolph County Juvenile inmates are not allowed to get phone calls from their family or friends. During phone time inmates are allowed to make phone calls to their family and friends. The inmates are limited to 15-minute phone calls. The call will be terminated when the 15-minutes is over.
Calling features such as three-way calling and call forwarding are prohibited for the inmates to use. The call will be disconnected if an inmate is caught using any of these features. Disciplinary action will be taken up against the inmate as well.

You will not be able to receive collect calls on your cell phone. The individual receiving the collect calls is the one responsible for any and all charges that are associated with the collect calls. Visiting Rules

Inmates can be visited on their designated day above. Their visitation schedule days are based on the inmates last name. 30 minutes visitations are allowed during the weekday and 15-minute visitations are allowed on Saturdays.
