Sending a Mail/Care Package
The Regional Youth Educational Facility inmates are allowed to get written letters in the mail. The mail gets delivered to the inmates Monday through Friday, however, there isn't mail delivery on the weekends. Mail is only delivered to the inmates who can present their jail identification armband.

You will need to use the United states Postal Service when you send money to the Regional Youth Educational Facility. All calls are monitored. Inmates are limited to 15 minutes. Calling features such as three-way calling is prohibited for the inmates to use. If an inmate is caught using any calling features the call will be terminated.
The Regional Youth Educational Facility inmates do not have a way to get onto the internet. However, they have access to their Global Tel Link account.
Inmates are able to send electronic messages similar to email to their friends and family with this service. A majority of the inmates choose this service because it is more convenient and much faster than traditional mail. However, there is a fee to use this service.
Visiting Rules
Inmates in the Regional Youth Educational Facility are allowed to have visitations. The Regional Youth Educational Facility views visitations as a privilege, not a right. This privilege can be withheld without notice.
