The Orange County Central Women\'s Jail inmates will need funds in their account to make purchases at the commissary.

You will need the inmate's name and their booking number in order to transfer funds into an inmate's account. By using the kiosk in the jail lobby during regular business hours you will be able to deposit funds into an inmate's account.

Phone calls

The Orange County Central Women\'s Jail inmates are not allowed to get phone calls from their family or friends. During phone time inmates are allowed to make phone calls to their family and friends. The inmates are limited to 15-minute phone calls. The call will be terminated when the 15-minutes is over. 

Calling features such as three-way calling and call forwarding are prohibited for the inmates to use. The call will be disconnected if an inmate is caught using any of these features. Disciplinary action will be taken up against the inmate as well. 

The Orange County Central Women\'s Jail inmates are only allowed to make collect calls. Only the individuals that have a landline will be able to get any of these collect calls. Visiting Rules

The Orange County Central Women\'s Jail inmates are allowed to have visitors. All visitors under the age of 18 are allowed to visit, however, they will need to be with their legal guardian.
